Good afternoon guys!

I know this post is a little late and I'm very, very sorry about that. These next two weeks are going to be a bit hectic for me because I am entering finals. I might not be able to get around to posting, so I apologize in advance.
With finals and tests comes studying. I know that many people at my school are struggling and are under a lot of stress right now. High school typically starts off easy, but as we grow and mature, it becomes more advanced and a lot more difficult.
Today I thought I would give you guys a few tips to cope with stress.

Tip #1: Exercise. Yoga especially helps to calm your body and focus your mind on the positive rather than the negative. Many people believe you need to be flexible in order to do yoga, but in reality you just need a strong mind set. Even just simple breathing exercises help to calm your soul and focus your mind.

Tip #2: Light candles. Deep scents tend to also relax the body. The deep musky scents calm you down enough to focus on what is actually most important at the moment. The only down side to this is they might relax you enough to put you to sleep, which leads me into...

Tip #3: Get an adequate amount of sleep. Without enough sleep your body might not be able to function to its best ability. This leaves you with more stress.

Tip #4: Take some time to yourself. Run a hot bath and just soak for a while. Pretend as if the water is cleaning away all that negative energy that is building up within you.

Tip #5: Drink and eat healthy. Tea is a good way to calm nerves. It also relaxes the body. Make sure you are treating your body right to keep it up and going.

Well, that's all I have this week for you guys. I hope these tips are really useful to you guys, and I hope I made a stressful time for you guys just a little bit easier. Until next week...

Ciao.

Morning Frappes!

I hope you all had a Spooktacular Halloween! My mom spent the Halloween in Vegas and on Saturday, she told me how much she missed flying, how much she missed being on an airplane. She said she had missed the feeling of waking up early to go through airport security and people watch when you are sitting, waiting for your flight. And that got me thinking, I really miss traveling too.
When I was younger, my family and I used to travel a lot. We used to visit Hawaii during the summer and sometimes we would go up to San Francisco or any other place we felt like taking a trip to. But, I mainly miss Hawaii. Call me a sucker for a nice tropical getaway.
I want to explore somewhere new, somewhere I haven’t been yet. Ever since I was younger, the number one thing I always wanted to do was travel to Bora Bora. It is absolutely beautiful there. I’m also a fan of the Kardashians, and when I saw the episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, when they went, it made me want to go there even more. They did so many cool activities while they were there and I was so jealous!
Another place I’ve always wanted to go to is Greece. All the white houses and the crystal, blue water make it seem like the perfect getaway. My friends and I have been talking about making that our senior trip before we all split to go to college. Just Europe in general seems so appealing to me.
Well, I hope you guys enjoyed this weeks blog post on travel. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Ciao.
